How can I take online orders of Delivery and Self Pickup on FUDR ?To take online orders with ease, Go to Settings --> Order Modes Enable Delivery & Take-away order modes Next go to Settings --> Digital Store and create your restaurant's direct ordering link. You can add this link on Instagram, Facebook, Google or even circulate to your guests on Whatsapp to take online orders for delivery and take-away.

A category is available during specific hours, how do I add a time range ?To add time range to a category, go to that category and click on 3-dots icon. How can I add customizations in item ?To add customizations in any item, make sure you have already created a group in 'Customizations' tab with the required customization items. Now to add customizations in an menu item, go to that menu item and click on 3-dots icon and then click on 'Edit Item'. Will I be capturing my Guests data ?Yes, every time you take orders digitally through FUDR you will capture guest data such as your guest name, phone number, email id, how much they have spent, their number of orders etc. which will help you draw better insights and re-engage them in an effective way.

How do I export my guest data ?To export your captured 'Guest Data', go to 'Guests' section, Click on the 3-dots icon and and click on the Export button. The data will be exported to your registered e-mail id

What type of offers can I create on FUDR ?On FUDR you can create 'Discount on Bill' or 'BOGO' type of offers.
